Health Authorities The following:
(a)  section 3 as that provision relates to mental health and addictions;
(b)  section 7.2 with respect to a stewardship purpose, within the meaning of paragraphs (d) and (e) of the definition of "stewardship purpose" in section 9 of the Ministry of Health Act, as that provision relates to mental health and addictions.
