The Registrar of Companies hereby gives notice on December 31, 2007, that effective December 31, 2007, under section 16 of the Credit Union Incorporation Act, Vantageone Credit Union, 3108 — 33 Avenue, Vernon, BC V1T 2N7, has acquired the assets and assumed the liabilities of Arrow Credit Union and will carry on the business of both credit unions.
