Discontinuing and closing road allowance for a portion of Highway 22 (Trail Arterial 939R) Trail, West Kootenay-Boundary Electoral District.
Notice is given, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, that the portion of Highway 22, Trail Arterial 939R in Trail, being a total of 0.0341 hectare, more or less, adjacent to Lot 4, District Lot 1073, Kootenay District, Plan 2007, except Part included in Plan 2817, as shown outlined in green on a plan of survey recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Kamloops, BC, under "File Number PS 705574" is hereby discontinued and closed.
The portion of Highway 22 so discontinued and closed is shown in solid, bold lines and the words "Closed Road" on a "Reference Plan of Closed Road as Dedicated on Plan NEP20217 District Lot 1073 Kootenay District" prepared by Milos J. Hinterberger, BCLS, the survey of which was completed on the 6th day of August 2008.
