Discontinuing and Closing Road Allowance for Dove Creek Road, Courtenay-Comox Electoral District.

Notice is given, pursuant to Section 60(2) of the Transportation Act, that part of Dove Creek Road, dedicated by Plan EPP68892, is hereby discontinued and closed.

The portion of Dove Creek Road so discontinued and closed, containing 1.28 ha., more or less, is shown outlined in bold and labelled “Closed Road” on Statutory Right of Way Plan EPP78735 completed by Michael Hansen, BCLS on December 14, 2017. A copy of this plan is recorded on File PS 733739 located at the Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure, 2100 Labieux Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9T 6E9.
