Discontinuing and closing road allowance for a portion of Nevin Road, Rosedale, Chilliwack Kent Electoral District.
Notice is given, pursuant to Part 4, Division 7, section 60 (2) of the Transportation Act, Bill 47, RSBC 2005, all that part of Nevin Road as shown dedicated by Plan 5288, Section 6, Township 3, Range 28, W6M, New Westminster District, is hereby discontinued and closed.
The area being closed is outlined in bold black and shown on Reference Plan BCP ______, containing a total area of 837.7 square metres, more or less. The plan is filed in the South Coast Property Office under File RC673, and will be registered at New Westminister Land Title Office. The plan was certified correct on September 26, 2008, by Robert J. Neels, BCLS.
