ORDER IN COUNCIL

Order in Council 087, Approved and Ordered March 5, 2018.

On the recommendation of the under-signed, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Order in Council 165/2013 is amended in paragraph (a) by striking out “for the 5 year period after the date this order is made” and substituting “until the earlier of March 19, 2021 and the effective date of the K’ómoks Final Agreement”.
