The proceeds of sale of the lands be distributed, subject to the Creditor Assistance Act, RSBC 1996, S.83 In payment of:
a) First, in payment of taxes, arrears of taxes, and interest on arrears taxes owing in respect of the lands, if any;
b) Secondly, the fees and costs of the Sheriff incidental to the sale;
c) The assessed costs and expenses incurred by the judgement creditor HARBANS KAUR DHA, including all costs of and incidental to the sale; and
d) As of March 14, 2018, the amount of $314,979.27 payable to HARBANS KAUR DHA, with a per diem thereafter of $22.65.
e) Costs of this application are assessed as party and party costs and added to the amount of judgement.
The Court Bailiff reserves the right to reject any or all offers, and further reserves the right to adjourn the sale generally.
The Court Bailiff and/or its Agent shall convey the land to the successful purchaser at the completion of the sale.**
