The Ministry of Finance no longer publishes Corporate Registry Notices of company and extraprovincial filings in The British Columbia Gazette. These include: amalgamations, changes of name, intent to dissolve, incorporations, restorations and dissolutions. This information is now available in a fully searchable and printable format online at www.qplegaleze.ca. Historical data back to January 2003 is included on this site.

Corporate Registry Notices for co-operatives, societies and restoration applications will continue to be published in The British Columbia Gazette until further notice.
