Terms of Sale:

Cash or certified cheque at the time of sale. Sealed Tenders may require a 10% deposit upon acceptance.

The Court Bailiff reserves the right to reject any and all offers and may adjourn the sale if in his opinion the highest offer does not reflect fair market value.

The Court Bailiff shall convey the land to the successful purchaser at the completion of the sale, in the manner and form prescribed in the Court Order Enforcement Act RSBC1996, c.78.
