Pursuant to the Park Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 344, ss. 5 (1) and 7.1 (2), Order in Council 062/2021, approved and ordered February 8, 2021.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
(a) Klin-se-za Park Addition, established by Order in Council 80/2020, is cancelled, and
(b) the park named and described below is established as a Class A park.
All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Peace River District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 5 Tube 2022, except (1) the land subject to the licence of occupation for a well-site identified in file number 8012215, document number 957998; and (2) the land subject to a licence of occupation for a communications site in file number 0354333, document number 813796.
The whole park addition containing approximately 31 724 hectares.
