Notice to Creditors, Investors and Shareholders
Take notice that MacKay & Company Ltd. ("MacKayCo"), 1100, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 4T5, hereby gives notice that:
1. We were appointed liquidator of W.R. Chandler Memorials Ltd. (the Company) of Vancouver, BC, on June 20, 2008.
2. Any person owing money to the Company shall pay that amount to MacKayCo within 20 days.
3. Any person having custody or control of any property, rights or interest of the Company shall notify MacKayCo within 20 days and shall deliver that property, right, or interest, or provide control to MacKayCo over the property within 20 days.
4. Any person having a claim against the Company shall provide in writing particular of the claim, if they have not already done so, within two months after the date of this publication.
5. All of the foregoing must be sent to MacKayCo at the above noted address.
