DISCONTINUING AND CLOSING HIGHWAY

Discontinuing and closing a portion of Okanagan Highway No. 97, at Kelowna, BC, Kelowna-Lake Country Electoral District.

Notice is given pursuant to Section 60(2) of the Transportation Act, that a portion of Okanagan Highway No. 97, being a total of 306.0 m2, more or less, adjacent to Lot 8, Section 2, Township 23, Osoyoos Division Yale District, Plan 28845, Except Plan EPP48725, as shown outlined in green on a plan of survey recorded in the Provincial Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Kamloops, B.C. under “File Number PS 727886” is hereby discontinued and closed.

The portion of road so discontinued and closed is shown in solid and bold lines and the words “Closed Road” on a “Statutory Right of Way Plan To Accompany A Gazette Notice Closing Part of Road Dedicated by Plan H761, Section 2, Township 23, ODYD”, being a copy of plan EPP84869, prepared by Mark A. Cahill, BCLS, the survey of which was complete on the 30th day of July, 2018.
