LAND ACT: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A DISPOSITION OF CROWN LAND

Take notice that Troika Ventures Inc. of Kelowna, BC, has made an application to the Integrated Land Management Bureau (ILMB), Southern Service Region – Kamloops Service Centre, Crown Land Adjudication office, for a lease for commercial marina purposes covering all that unsurveyed foreshore being part of the bed of Okanagan Lake and fronting on Lot 417 of Plan 3133r and Parcel Z of Plan 53510, Tsinstikeptum Indian Reserve #10, ODYD situated on Provincial Crown land located in the vicinity of Kelowna.

The Lands File Number that has been established for this application is 3412000. Written comments concerning this application should be directed to the Section Head, Crown Land Adjudication at Third Floor, 145 Third Avenue, Kamloops, BC, V2C 3M1.
