On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective on the date that sections 18 to 20, 25 and 26 of the Limitation Act, S.B.C. 2012, c. 13, come into force, the following corrections in respect of the Insurance Act, S.B.C. 2012, c. 37, are made:

(a) sections 41 and 42 of the Limitation Act are repealed;

(b) section 6 (1) of the Insurance Act is amended by striking out "Section 7 of the Limitation Act applies" and substituting "Sections 18 to 20, 25 and 26 of the Limitation Act apply".
