LANDS AND PARKS
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:
1 Section 18 (1) of the Muskwa-Kechika Management Area Act, S.B.C. 1998, c. 38, is amended
(a) by striking out "starting May 1, 1999 and ending May 1, 2002," and substituting "starting May 1, 2001 and ending May 1, 2005,", and
(b) in paragraph (a) by striking out "$2 000 000," and substituting "$3 000 000,".
2 The Muskwa-Kechika Management Area in the Schedule is amended by striking out "Plan 13 Tube 1757." and substituting "Plan 12 Tube 1879."
