An agreement in respect of an encroachment in favour of the Minster of the Environment (Parks Canada) applied to Lot 11 of Block 1 of Section 21, Clayoquot District, Plan 9200, (PID 005-569-427) for an area of 33 square centimetres continues until the encroaching building is demolished.
