The whole park containing approximately 4 hectares.

MORRISSEY PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained within the following described boundaries:

Those portions of District Lots 2314 and 2315 which are shown as "Park Reserve" on Plan of Survey No. 2676.

The whole park containing approximately 4.57 hectares.

MORTON LAKE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Sayward District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 38 Tube 1802.

The whole park containing approximately 74 hectares.

MOUNT ASSINIBOINE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 13 Tube 1927.

The whole park containing approximately 39 013 hectares.

MOUNT BLANCHET PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cassiar District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 6 Tube 1852.

The whole park containing approximately 24 774 hectares.

MOUNT EDZIZA PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Cassiar District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 9 Tube 1875; except (1) Mineral Claim "Red Dog 3" 222131; and (2) Mineral Claim "Red Dog 4" 222132.

The whole park containing approximately 266 180 hectares.

MOUNT ELPHINSTONE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in New Westminster District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 8 Tube 1940.

The whole park containing approximately 141 hectares.

MOUNT ERSKINE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in the North Salt Spring Island Division, Cowichan District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 8 Tube 1978.

The whole park containing approximately 107 hectares.

MOUNT MAXWELL PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in South Saltspring Island, Cowichan District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 5 Tube 1911.

The whole park containing approximately 231 hectares.

MOUNT RICHARDSON PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in New Westminster District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 33 Tube 1768; except Licence of Occupation 111141, containing approximately 0.75 hectares on Land Act file 2404948 at the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, Nanaimo.

MOYIE LAKE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained within the following described boundaries:

Firstly: those parts of District Lots 2799 and 2800 as shown on Reference Plan 49537D.

Lots 3 to 12 of Block 1 of District Lot 2799, Plan 1514.

Those parts of District Lots 2799 and 2800 dedicated as Promenade on Plan 1514, except that part described lying south of the southeasterly prolongation of the north boundary of Lot 2 of Block 1, Plan 1514.

That part of District Lot 2799 dedicated as road on Plan 1514 and lying south of the northwesterly prolongation of the south boundary of Lot 13 of Block 1, Plan 1514 and lying north of the northwesterly prolongation of the north boundary of Lot 2 of Block 1, Plan 1514.

Those parts of Lot 1 of District Lot 2800, Plan 8124 lying south of the Canadian Pacific Railway right of way, Plan 524-U-1.

thence in a general westerly and southwesterly direction along a line parallel to and 200 metres perpendicularly distant from the elevation of the natural boundary of Moyie Lake to the point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the northerly boundary of Lot 2 of Block 1 of District Lot 2799, Plan 1514;

thence northwest along that prolongation to the natural boundary of Moyie Lake;

The whole park containing approximately 39 936 hectares (36 005 hectares of upland and 3 931 hectares of foreshore).
