sixthly, that portion of unsurveyed Crown land shown as road (now known as Anlaw Road) on Plan 11TU1711 Crown Land Registry, lying southeasterly of the Nass River.

The whole park containing approximately 6 852 hectares (6 666 hectares of upland and 186 hectares of foreshore).

The whole park containing approximately 6 153 hectares.

ARTLISH CAVES PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Rupert District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 4 Tube 1919; except (1) the Crown land that is subject to Ministry of Forests' Road Permit RO6867; and (2) the Crown land that is the subject to a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Road Permit RO1710.

The whole park containing approximately 285 hectares.

ATNA RIVER PARK

The whole park containing approximately 21 092 hectares.

BEARHOLE LAKE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 12 705 hectares.

BEATTON PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in the Peace River District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 3 Tube 2021.

The whole park containing approximately 363 hectares.

BEAVER CREEK PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kootenay District and contained within the following described boundaries:

Firstly: all those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, contained with the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 6 Tube 1929.

Secondly: Lot A, Lot 205, Plan NEP82552.

The whole park containing approximately 89 hectares.

BEAVER VALLEY PARK

The whole park containing approximately 767 hectares.

BECHER'S PRAIRIE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 125 hectares.

BEDARD ASPEN PARK

BLIGH ISLAND MARINE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Nootka District and contained within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at a point on the westerly shore natural boundary of Bligh Island, being due West of the northwest corner of District Lot 156;

thence in a general easterly and northerly direction following the northerly and westerly boundaries of the watersheds of three unnamed creeks flowing southerly into Nootka Sound to the westerly boundary of the watershed of Ewin Inlet;

thence in a general northerly and easterly direction following the westerly and northerly boundaries of the watershed of Ewin Inlet to a point lying due East 880 metres and due South 250 metres from the northeast corner of District Lot 154;

thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point, lying due East of the southeast corner of District Lot 154 on the easterly shore natural boundary of Bligh Island;

thence in a straight line on a bearing of 155° a distance of approximately 1.2 kilometres to a point being the middle line of Zuciarte Channel, and being the administration boundary between Nootka District and Clayoquot District;

thence southerly along the middle line of Zuciarte Channel to a point lying due South a distance of 1.46 kilometres from the northeast corner of District Lot 157;

thence due West into Cook Channel, Nootka Sound, a distance of 5.4 kilometres;

thence due North into Eliza Passage, Nootka Sound, a distance of 8.2 kilometres;

thence due East into Nootka Sound a distance of 2.6 kilometres to a point lying due West 2.1 kilometres and due South approximately 50 metres from the northwest corner of District Lot 105;

BLUE EARTH LAKE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 689 hectares.

BONAPARTE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 13 541 hectares.

BOOTHMAN'S OXBOW PARK

The whole park containing approximately 43 hectares (36 hectares of upland and 7 hectares of foreshore).

BOWRON LAKE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 139 700 hectares.

BRIDGE RIVER DELTA PARK

The whole park containing approximately 992 hectares.

BROWNE LAKE PARK

The whole park containing approximately 47 hectares.

BURGOYNE BAY PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in South Saltspring Island, Cowichan District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 1 Tube 1953; except the road right of way shown on Plan 54060.

The whole park containing approximately 524 hectares.

BURNIE-SHEA PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 5, Coast District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 10 Tube 1984; except (1) Mineral Claim "South Highlands" 545239; (2) Mineral Claim "El Toro" 533731; and (3) Forest Licence A16828, Cutting Permit GSNL, Cutblock 1, Cutblock 2 and Cutblock 8.

Commencing at the northeast corner of District Lot 11655, being a point on the northerly shore natural boundary of Cariboo Lake;
