fifthly, all those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, contained within the described boundaries as shown on Plan 14TU2010 Crown Land Registry; and

sixthly, that portion of unsurveyed Crown land shown as road (now known as Anlaw Road) on Plan 11TU1711 Crown Land Registry, lying southeasterly of the Nass River.

ANSTEY HUNAKWA PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kamloops Division, Yale District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 7 Tube 1906; except (1) a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Beach Bay Road No. 9084.01; (2) a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Road Permits R07624, Sections 89-1, 89-2 and 89-3; (3) a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Road Permits RO7631, Sections 9-1 and 9-2; (4) Ministry of Forests' Licence A18669 CP707 Block 1 CB1; and (5) the remainder of Legal Subdivision 9, Section 9, Township 26, Range 7, W6M, as shown on Plan KAP55792.

The whole park containing approximately 6 852 hectares (6 666 hectares of upland and 186 hectares of foreshore).

ARROWSTONE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Kamloops Division, Yale District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 6 Tube 1849; except a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Road Indian Hills Main No. 5482-01.

The whole park containing approximately 6 153 hectares.

ARTLISH CAVES PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Rupert District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 4 Tube 1919; except (1) the Crown land that is subject to Ministry of Forests' Road Permit RO6867; and (2) the Crown land that is the subject to a 30 metre right of way centred on Ministry of Forests' Road Permit RO1710.

The whole park containing approximately 285 hectares.

ATNA RIVER PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Range 4, Coast District and Range 5, Coast District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 9 Tube 1984; except (1) Mineral Claim "Onuki 1" 527056; (2) Mineral Claim "New Moon" 527061; (3) Mineral Claim "Onuki 4" 525103; (4) Mineral Claim "AT 8" 551829; and (5) Mineral Claim "AT 12" 551837.

BEARHOLE LAKE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Peace River District and contained within the described boundaries as shown on the Official Plan deposited in the Crown Land Registry as Plan 11 Tube 1868; except (1) Petroleum and Natural Gas Tenure 12129; (2) Petroleum and Natural Gas Tenure 42292; and (3) Petroleum and Natural Gas Tenure 49195.

The whole park containing approximately 12 705 hectares.

BEATTON PARK

BLIGH ISLAND MARINE PARK

All those parcels or tracts of Crown land, together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, situated in Nootka District and contained within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at a point on the westerly shore natural boundary of Bligh Island, being due West of the northwest corner of District Lot 156;

thence in a general easterly and northerly direction following the northerly and westerly boundaries of the watersheds of three unnamed creeks flowing southerly into Nootka Sound to the westerly boundary of the watershed of Ewin Inlet;

thence in a general northerly and easterly direction following the westerly and northerly boundaries of the watershed of Ewin Inlet to a point lying due East 880 metres and due South 250 metres from the northeast corner of District Lot 154;

thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point, lying due East of the southeast corner of District Lot 154 on the easterly shore natural boundary of Bligh Island;

thence in a straight line on a bearing of 155° a distance of approximately 1.2 kilometres to a point being the middle line of Zuciarte Channel, and being the administration boundary between Nootka District and Clayoquot District;
