Lymantria Moth Eradication Regulation

 Section 1 definition of "Lymantria moth" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 109/2023, effective April 24, 2023.

"Lymantria moth" means the following species of moth:

(a) Lymantria albescens;

(b) Lymantria dispar;

(c) Lymantria dispar dispar;

(d) Lymantria umbrosa;

 Section 2 (1) (b) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 109/2023, effective April 24, 2023.

(b) to enter on land in a treatment zone to do any of the following:

(i) search for and remove Lymantria moth eggs;

(ii) search for Lymantria moths;

(iii) set or retrieve traps for Lymantria moths;
