Non-Reporting Company Exemption Regulation

 Interpretation

1  In this regulation "Act" means the Financial Institutions Act.

 Certain Company Act requirements disapplied

2  Sections 111, 153 and 154 of the Company Act, as made applicable to trust companies and insurance companies generally by Part 1 of the Act, do not apply to or in respect of

(a) a trust company, or

(b) an insurance company

that is not a reporting company as defined in section 1 of the Company Act.
