Designation Regulation No. 2

[Last amended September 1, 2020 by B.C. Reg. 206/2020]

Designated organization

1   The following are designated as an organization of health care professionals for the purposes of the definition of "organization of health care professionals" in section 51 (1) of the Evidence Act:

(a) the British Columbia Medical Association;

(b) the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia;

(c) the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia;

(d) the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives;

(e)-(f) Repealed. [B.C. Reg. 152/2018, s. 1.]

(g) the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia;

(h) the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia;

(i) the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia;

(j) Repealed. [B.C. Reg. 206/2020, s. 2.]

(k) the Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Board.
