Travel Club Regulation
Travel club contract
1 A type or class of services for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of "contract for future services" in section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act includes executory contracts by which buyers acquire the right, by membership in a travel club, vacation club or by any other means, to discounts or other benefits on the purchase of transportation, accommodation or other services related to travel.
