 Section 1 BEFORE re-enacted by BC Reg 266/2020, effective September 20, 2020.

Delegation to British Columbia Safety Authority

1   The administration of the Railway Safety Act, except for

(a) sections 3, 11, 12, and 20 and Parts 4 and 5, and

(b) section 19 (0.1) of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, adopted by section 5 of the adopting regulation

is delegated to the British Columbia Safety Authority, except to the extent that that administration is otherwise delegated by this regulation.

 Section 2 (2) (b) and (c) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 266/2020, effective September 20, 2020.

(b) the provisions of the Transportation Safety Board Regulations, SOR 92-446, adopted by section 6 of the adopting regulation, except for section 4 of those regulations;

(c) section 4 of the Transportation Safety Board Regulations, SOR 92-446, but only with respect to common carriers.

(2) Administration of the provisions of the Canada Transportation Act adopted by section 7 of the adopting regulation is delegated to the agency.
