School Tax Agricultural Land
Reserve Exemption Regulation

Prescribed property class

1 For the purposes of section 130 (4) (a) of the School Act, the class 7 property class is prescribed.

Note: this regulation is retroactive to the extent necessary to apply for the purposes of the 2011 taxation year.
