Exception to temporary industrial use permit requirements

1   An exception to the temporary industrial use permit requirements of section 921 (11) and (14) of the Local Government Act is made in relation to the City of Coquitlam on the terms and conditions set out in section 2.

Terms and conditions for exception

2   The City of Coquitlam may issue a temporary industrial use permit in accordance with the exception

(a) in respect of

(i) all or part of that land described as Lot A, District Lots 16, 17, 18 and 48, Group 1 New Westminster District Plan LMP 17876 (Parcel Identifier: 018-882-897), and

(ii) activities related to the construction of the Port Mann Bridge,

(b) for a term no longer than 5 years, and

(c) that is not renewable.
