1 In this regulation:
"Act" means the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act;
"ticket" means a ticket issued under section 248 of the Act.
2 For the purposes of section 245 (5) of the Act, the maximum ticketed amount payable in relation to a ticket for an infraction is $1 000.
