 Prescribed percentages

1  For the purposes of computing

(a) the amounts referred to in section 325 (1) (a) (iii) and (1.1) (a) (iii)1 of the Local Government Act (the "Act"),

(b) the percentage referred to as X% in section 449 (52) of the Act, and

(c) the averages and value referred to in section 449 (3) (a)2 of the Act,

the percentage set out in column 2 of the attached schedule is prescribed for the municipality set out opposite it in column 1 for every taxation year.
