Definitions

1   In this regulation:

"Act" means the Utilities Commission Act;

"electricity purchase agreement" means the energy supply contract titled "Electricity Purchase Agreement", between Silversmith and the authority, that comes into effect August 1, 2016;

"Silversmith" means Silversmith Power and Light Corporation and its successors and assigns.

Exemption

2   Silversmith and the authority are exempt from section 71 of the Act in respect of the electricity purchase agreement.
