1 The Justice Development Commission established under the Justice Administration Act is a prescribed entity for the purposes of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act.
2 Each of the following is prescribed as an entity for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act:
(a) the Band Councils for the Stl'atl'imx communities listed in the attached Schedule A, acting together;
(b) the Band Council for the Ditidaht community listed in the attached Schedule B;
(c) the Band Councils for the Kitasoo communities listed in the attached Schedule C, acting together;
(d) the Band Councils for the Tsewultun communities listed in the attached Schedule D, acting together.

3 TransLink Security Management Ltd., a subsidiary of the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority established under the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act, is prescribed as an entity for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act.
