Definition

1 In this regulation, "Act" means the Clean Energy Act.

British Columbia's energy objectives

2 The objective set out in section 2 (c) of the Act is modified by adding ", other than electricity to serve demand from facilities that liquefy natural gas for export by ship," after "British Columbia".
