Special Forest Products Regulation

Special forest products

1   The following are designated to be special forest products under section 1 of the Forest Act:

(a) Christmas trees;

(b) firewood;

(c) mining timbers;

(d) stakes and sticks;

(e) cants;

(f) posts and rails (split and round);

(g) shake and shingle bolts, blocks and blanks;

(h) shakes;

(i) woodchips;

(j) hogged tree material.
