Airport Operation and Facilities

1 The Central Coast Regional District is granted the additional power for Airport Operation and Facilities as an extended service.

Local authority powers

2 The Central Coast Regional District is granted as an extended service the same power that a municipality has as a local authority under the Emergency Program Act for such electoral area or areas as the regional district may designate.
