1 In this regulation:
"insider" means a person who owns more than 10% of the voting shares or is a director or senior officer of a public corporation;
"material change" means an acquisition or disposition, whether in whole or in part, occurring after a member files a disclosure statement, of any asset, liability, financial interest or source of income of a member, the member's spouse or a minor child of the member, or of a private corporation controlled by any of them, if the change or event would reasonably be expected to have a significant effect on the information previously disclosed;
"minor child" means a child under the age of 19 years;
"public corporation" means a corporation whose shares are publicly traded;
"self-directed", when used in relation to an investment, means an investment in which a person or the person's investment dealer or agent invests as selected or directed by the person.
