Milk Industry Standards Exception Regulation
Exception
2 As an exception to the Milk Industry Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 464/81, sections 112.2 (a) and (b) and 112.3 (a) and (b) of that regulation do not apply from November 17, 2021 to the end of the last extension of the emergency declared on that date under the Act.
