1 In this regulation, "red seal trade" means a trade or occupation that has been designated by the Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship (CCDA) for inclusion in the Interprovincial Standards (Red Seal) Program.
2 The following red seal trades are designated as accredited programs:
(a) agricultural equipment technician;
(b) appliance service technician;
(d) automotive service technician;
(m) electric motor system technician;
(n) electronics technician consumer products;
(r) heavy duty equipment technician;
(t) industrial mechanic (millwright);
(u) instrumentation and control technician;
(v) insulator (heat and frost);
(y) ironworker (structural/ornamental);
(z) lather (interior systems mechanic);
(bb) metal fabricator (fitter);
(dd) motor vehicle body repairer (metal and paint);
(ff) oil heat systems technician;
(kk) recreation vehicle service technician;
(ll) refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic;
(pp) sprinkler system installer;
(tt) transport trailer technician;
(uu) truck and transport mechanic;
(ww) landscape horticulturalist.
