Notaries Regulation No. 2

Special fund amount

1 For the purposes of sections 20 (2) and (7) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $3 million.

Notice of suspension or termination

2 For the purpose of section 40 (a) of the Act, notice of the suspension or termination of membership must be published

(a) on the society's website, and

(b) in a newspaper having general circulation in each area in which the member or former member maintained an office at the time of suspension or termination.
