Financial Institutions Act

1 In this regulation "Act" means the Financial Institutions Act.

2 (1) For the purpose of section 21 (2) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 50%.

(2) For the purpose of section 21 (3) (b) of the Act the prescribed percentage is 50%.
