Bylaws under section 124 of the Motor Vehicle Act prescribed
1 Bylaws made under section 124 of the Motor Vehicle Act are a prescribed category of bylaw for the purposes of section 272 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act.

Bylaws under the Park (Regional) Act prescribed
3 Bylaws made under section 4 (1) (b) of the Park (Regional) Act are a prescribed category of bylaw for the purposes of section 272 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act.

Special case bylaws prescribed
4 Bylaws made by the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen under section 221 of the Local Government Act to regulate and prohibit the possession of opened liquor in a public place, as defined in section 1 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act, or on a highway, are, during the period July 22, 1993 to August 9, 1993, a prescribed category of bylaw for the purposes of section 272 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act.

Bylaws under the Waste Management Act prescribed
5 Bylaws made under sections 23 and 24 of the Waste Management Act are a prescribed category of bylaw for the purposes of section 272 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act.

Classes of persons prescribed
6 Persons who act as
(a) special constables, officers or members and constables of the Provincial police force or a municipal police force or members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police,
(b) clerks of municipalities,
(c) secretaries of regional districts,
(d) bylaw enforcement officers under section 29 of the Police Act,
(e) local assistants to the fire commissioner under section 6 of the Fire Services Act, or
(f) licensing inspectors, building inspectors, animal control officers or in another capacity on behalf of a municipality or regional district for the purpose of enforcement of one or more of its bylaws
are prescribed classes of persons for the purposes of section 272 (1) (b) of the Local Government Act.

Ticket forms
7 (1) A ticket issued under section 272 of the Local Government Act must be in Form A or Form B.
(2) The certificate of service and affidavit of no response to be printed on the reverse side of the ticket must be
(a) in Form A.1 with respect to a ticket in Form A, and
(b) in Form B.1 with respect to a ticket in Form B.
(3) The instructions to be printed on the reverse side of the copy of the ticket given to the person alleged to have contravened a bylaw must be
(a) in Form A.2 with respect to a ticket in Form A, and
(b) in Form B.2 with respect to a ticket in Form B.
(4) The notice of bylaw infraction must be in Form B.3.
(5) The instructions to be printed on the reverse side of the notice of bylaw infraction must be in Form B.4

8 An affidavit in support of an application to strike out a conviction and certificate of striking out of conviction must be in Form C.
