Port Land Designation Extension Regulation
Extension of date
1 The date referred to in section 20.3 (5) of the Assessment Act by which a regulation designating land that is eligible port land under section 20.3 (3) (a) of that Act must be in force in order to be effective for a taxation year is extended from October 31 to December 31 in the preceding year.
