Section 4 (1) BEFORE amended by BC Reg 163/2019, effective September 16, 2019.

(1) The Regional District of Central Okanagan is granted the additional powers, as an extended service, to make bylaws under Divisions 1 and 2 of Part 20 of the Local Government Act respecting the licensing of businesses in the Regional District of Central Okanagan and regulating the carrying on of business in the Regional District of Central Okanagan.

Transport Demand Management

6 The Regional District of Central Okanagan is granted the additional power to provide Transport Demand Management as an extended service.
