Additional power to contract

1 The Central Fraser Valley Regional District is granted, to the extent permitted under section 296 of the Local Government Act, the power to enter into agreements for the provision of sanitary sewer treatment and disposal services by the Central Fraser Valley Regional District to areas outside the Central Fraser Valley Regional District within the township of Langley east of 256 Street.
