2 The following specialty wood crops are prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (f) of the definition of "farm operation" in section 1 of the Act:
2.1 The following types of aquaculture are prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (h) of the definition of "farm operation" in section 1 of the Act:
(a) aquaculture and prescribed activities within the meaning of the Pacific Aquaculture Regulations, SOR/2010-270 (Canada), if conducted
(i) under an aquaculture licence issued under that regulation, and
(ii) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence and with that regulation;
(b) the growing of aquatic plants that may be distributed to the public for human consumption, if conducted
(i) under an aquatic plant culture licence issued under the Fish and Seafood Licensing Regulation, and
(ii) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence and with that regulation.

3 The following types of exotic animals are prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (n) of the definition of "farm operation" in section 1 of the Act:
(d) partridge species, pheasant species, quail, silkie and squab.
