Manufacture

4.1 (1) The liquor prescribed for the purposes of the definition of "manufacture" in section 1 (1) of the Liquor Distribution Act is draught beer that a licensee encloses in a container under sections 9.1 (1) (b.1) and 16.1 (1) (b.1) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation.

(2) This section is repealed 60 days after the date on which this section comes into force.
