2 The form of ordinary ballot set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 86 (2) of the Act.
3 (1) A write-in ballot included in a mail-in voting package must be in the form set out in Schedule 2 or 3.
(2) If the form of write-in ballot set out in Schedule 2 is used, text identifying the electoral district of the voter may be printed on the reverse side of the ballot.
(3) A write-in ballot used for any other alternative voting option or for a voting opportunity must be in the form set out in Schedule 3.
