Section 1 definitions of "non-filterable residue concentration" and "total phosphorous concentration" BEFORE amended by BC Reg 191/2018, effective October 1, 2018.

"non-filterable residue concentration" means the concentration of non-filterable residue determined according to the British Columbia Laboratory Methods Manual: 2003 — for the Analysis of Water, Wastewater, Sediment, Biological Materials and Discrete Ambient Air Samples, Victoria, August 2003, as updated from time to time, published by the Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection;

"total phosphorous concentration" means the total concentration of phosphorus determined according to the British Columbia Laboratory Methods Manual: 2003 — for the Analysis of Water, Wastewater, Sediment, Biological Materials and Discrete Ambient Air Samples, Victoria, August 2003, as updated from time to time, published by the Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection.
