Applicant may appeal

4   If an applicant for a development permit within an intensive residential development area is refused a development permit by the planning director or delegate responsible for issuing development permits or the applicant objects to a proposed provision of the development permit, the applicant may appeal the decision to council.

City may make different regulations

6   The City of Victoria may, under section 479 (1) of the Local Government Act, make regulations that are different, as specified in a bylaw, for different structures depending on the age of the structure.
