  Section 5 (3) and (4) were added by 2009-14-6, effective October 29, 2009 (Royal Assent).

  Section 5 (3) (a) BEFORE amended by 2016-4-14, effective September 1, 2016 (BC Reg 191/2016).

(a) provide, by means of an affidavit or otherwise, information respecting the person or the members of the person's family thought necessary by the minister, officer or employee for the proper administration of this Act, and

  Section 6 (1) BEFORE amended by 2009-14-7(a), effective October 29, 2009 (Royal Assent).

(1)  The Lieutenant Governor in Council may prescribe the rate that an operator may charge a client receiving continuing care for which the government is making a payment and may prescribe different rates for different classes of client.

  Section 6 (3) was added by 2009-14-7(b), effective October 29, 2009 (Royal Assent).

  Section 8 (2) (d) BEFORE amended by 2003-54-27,Sch A, effective April 1, 2004 (BC Reg 11/2004).

(d) by notice to the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations of the appointment, requiring the government to make all payments directly to the administrator for services rendered to the clients.

  Section 12 (3) and (4) were added by 2016-4-15, effective September 1, 2016 (BC Reg 191/2016).
