Petroleum and Natural Gas Act Rental and Work Requirement Cancellation Regulation
Conditions of cancellation
1 The rental and work requirement for Petroleum and Natural Gas Permits 2960 to 2968 are cancelled subject to the following conditions:
(a) Cancellation will commence on March 16, 1987 and terminate on the day that Chevron Canada Resources Ltd. ("Chevron") is authorized to proceed with the drilling of a well on one of the permits.
(b) The requirement to drill the well must be fulfilled within one year from the date that authorization to proceed with the drilling has been received by Chevron.
(c) The requirement for the payment of permit renewal fees is not cancelled.
