BC Timber Sales Account Regulation

Payment out of BC Timber Sales Account

1   For the purposes of section 109 (3) (e) of the Forest Act, money in the BC Timber Sales Account may be expended for a purpose related to an agreement, between the government and a holder of a licence or agreement referred to in section 61 (1) of the Forest Act, respecting a reduction under that section of the allowable annual cut authorized in or for the licence or agreement to make timber available for disposition under

(a) a timber sales licence entered into under section 20 of the Forest Act,

(b) a forestry licence to cut entered into under section 47.6 (3) of the Forest Act, or

(c) a road permit issued for a licence referred to in paragraph (a) or (b) to the licence holder,

to persons other than the holder of the licence or agreement referred to in section 61 (1) of the Forest Act.
