On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 290/2012, as it amends the Limitation Act, S.B.C. 2012, c. 13, is amended by striking out “sections 1 to 40, 43, 44, 45 (b) and 46” and substituting “sections 1 to 35, 37 to 40, 43, 44, 45 (b) and 46”.
